- Our groomers work until 16:00 on weekdays and 13:00 on Saturdays, so bring your pet early enough for us to finish the groom in time.
- Large, long-haired breeds need a lot more time. Depending on the state of the coat, these grooms can take up to 3 hours.
- We take pets in on a first come, first served basis. Month end gets very busy, especially on weekends, so bring your pet first thing in the morning or as early as you can.
- If we have not finished by 13:00 on a Saturday we sometimes run over, but we take no pets in after 12:30. We will keep you updated and let you know when your pet is ready for collection.
- We cannot guarantee pickups on month-end Saturdays because we get so busy, but we can schedule your pickup for the next week or the next available slot.
- Walk-in Loyalty Programme: Walk-in customers get a stamp on their loyalty card at every visit, and the 10th groom is free. Rules: Anyone can sign up for a loyalty card in store. You get a stamp each time you visit. Your 10th groom is free. This applies to one pet only, not every pet. The free groom does not include add-ons or extras. Those are paid for as usual. Only one card per customer. The programme is for walk-in customers only, not pickup (pet taxi) customers. Bring your card with you so we can stamp it. If you forget it, we cannot double stamp it at your next visit. You are responsible for keeping your card safe. If you lose it, we cannot guarantee we can restore your loyalty status, and you will start again with a new card. We are planning something for our pickup customers too. ### What are your grooming hours?
We take pets in for grooming Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 15:30 and Saturday from 07:30 to 12:30. These are the last times we take a pet in, not closing times. You can collect your pet until our pet food shop closes: 17:00 on weekdays and 13:00 on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

### What is the latest time I can drop my pet off for a groom?
The last drop-off is 15:30 on weekdays and 12:30 on Saturdays. Our groomers work until 16:00 on weekdays and 13:00 on Saturdays, so the groom has to fit in before then. Large and long-haired breeds need much more time, so please bring them in earlier.

### How long does a groom take?
It depends on your pet’s breed, size and the state of the coat. Large, long-haired breeds take a lot of effort, and these grooms can take up to 3 hours. We will let you know when your pet is ready for collection.

### Does the loyalty card work for pickup customers?
No. The loyalty card is for walk-in customers only, not pet taxi pickups. We are planning something for pickup customers, and you can join the waiting list on our loyalty page so we can let you know when it is ready.

### What happens if I lose my loyalty card or forget to bring it?
Please keep your card safe. If you lose it, we cannot guarantee we can restore your loyalty status, and you will start again with a new card. If you forget your card, we cannot double stamp it at your next visit.

Yes. We groom dogs and cats of all breeds. For cats we offer washing, drying, brushing, nail clipping, sanitary cuts and coat trims.

### How much does dog grooming cost?
A full groom (cut or trim, brush, wash, dry and nails) costs R230 for small breeds such as Yorkies, Maltese and Jack Russells, R305 for medium breeds, R375 for large short-haired breeds and R410 for large long-haired breeds. Cat grooms cost R375 to R425, and nails only cost R40. The full price list is on our Services page. Collection and delivery is charged separately.

### How do I book a groom?

### Do you provide any guarantee of your workmanship?
We want you to be happy with your pet’s groom. If anything does not match the grooming instructions agreed at booking, please let us know at collection or within 48 hours. We will review your concern and, where safe and practical for your pet, provide a complimentary touch-up. Your pet’s comfort and welfare come first, and the final result may depend on coat condition, matting and your pet’s tolerance of grooming.
