We cannot guarantee pickups on month-end Saturdays because we get so busy, but we can schedule your pickup for the next week or the next available slot.
The grooming hours are the last time we take a pet in for grooming. You can collect your pet until the pet food shop closes (17:00 on weekdays, 13:00 on Saturdays).
Our groomers work until 16:00 on weekdays and 13:00 on Saturdays, so bring your pet early enough for us to finish the groom in time.
Large, long-haired breeds need a lot more time. Depending on the state of the coat, these grooms can take up to 3 hours.
We take pets in on a first come, first served basis. Month end gets very busy, especially on weekends, so bring your pet first thing in the morning or as early as you can.
If we have not finished by 13:00 on a Saturday we sometimes run over, but we take no pets in after 12:30. We will keep you updated and let you know when your pet is ready for collection.

Walk-in Loyalty Programme: your 10th groom is free
Walk-in customers get a stamp on their loyalty card at every visit, and the 10th groom is free. Ask for your card in store. Free groom for one pet, add-ons not included.
A full groom (cut or trim, brush, wash, dry and nails) costs R230 for small breeds such as Yorkies, Maltese and Jack Russells, R305 for medium breeds, R375 for large short-haired breeds and R410 for large long-haired breeds. Cat grooms cost R375 to R425, and nails only cost R40. The full price list is on our Services page. Collection and delivery is charged separately.

Do you collect and deliver pets?
Yes. Our professional pet taxi collects your pet from home and brings them back after their groom. We collect in and around Wierdapark, Eldoraigne, Mnandi, Amberfield, Raslouw, Irene, Rooihuiskraal, Valhalla and many more suburbs. Send us your address on WhatsApp and we will find a slot and quote you.
Do you groom cats as well as dogs?
Yes. We groom dogs and cats of all breeds. For cats we offer washing, drying, brushing, nail clipping, sanitary cuts and coat trims.
What grooming services do you offer for dogs?
We offer a wash, dry, cut, trim or shave, nail clipping, teeth brushing, tick and flea treatment, anal gland cleansing and deworming.
Do you groom nervous dogs?
Yes. Tell us about your dog’s fears when you book and we will take it slowly and let your dog set the pace.
What are your grooming hours?
We take pets in for grooming Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 15:30 and Saturday from 07:30 to 12:30. These are the last times we take a pet in, not closing times. You can collect your pet until our pet food shop closes: 17:00 on weekdays and 13:00 on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
